About the Client:
A new social boutique café in Abu Dhabi for artists and coffee drinkers.
Job Description:
• Prepare and produce healthy baked items including muffins, croissants, breads, madeleines, and similar grab & go products
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation aligned with brand standards
• Develop and refine healthy recipes (low sugar, gluten-free, keto, organic options)
• Manage daily production planning based on sales forecasts and minimize wastage
• Must have total 2 yrs UAE experience in Café set up – healthy background, more on bread & Coffee menu (croissant, madeleine, granola bowls)
• Hygienic and looks presentable.
• Immediate joiner up to 1 month notice only.
