We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Manage and respond to RFPs, tenders, and business opportunities.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Support business growth initiatives and revenue generation activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful proposal development and project handover.
Requirements:
• Saudi National.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management.
• Previous experience within Marketing, Advertising, PR, Media, Events, or Creative Agencies is preferred.
• Experience in RFPs, proposals, client acquisition, and partnership management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
