Senior Business Development Manager – USA Pharma Ingredients
Location: United States – Full-time
Palomba General Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to support the expansion of its pharma ingredients business in the United States.
This is a full-time position. Compensation, bonus structure and benefits will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience, location and applicable local requirements.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, managing client relationships and supporting commercial growth across pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and functional ingredient markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new business opportunities in the U.S. pharma and nutraceutical sectors
- Managing relationships with clients, distributors and industry partners
- Supporting commercial negotiations and follow-ups
- Coordinating with international suppliers and internal teams
- Monitoring market trends and identifying growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development or sales within pharma, nutraceutical, ingredients or related B2B sectors
- Proven understanding of the U.S. pharmaceutical or nutraceutical market
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in an international environment
- Fluency in English is required
