Senior Business Development Manager – Indonesia

Location: Dubai, UAE / Jakarta, Indonesia – Full-time
Palomba General Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to support business development activities in Indonesia, coordinating activities between Dubai and Jakarta.
This is a full-time position. Compensation, bonus structure and benefits will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience, location and profile.
The selected candidate will support market growth by developing business opportunities, managing client and distributor relationships, and coordinating commercial activities with international partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing business opportunities in Indonesia
- Managing relationships with clients, distributors and partners
- Supporting commercial negotiations and client follow-ups
- Coordinating with international suppliers and internal teams
- Monitoring market trends and supporting local growth plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in business development or sales within pharma, food, nutraceutical or ingredients sectors
- Proven experience working with the Indonesian market
- Strong commercial and relationship management skills
- Availability to coordinate business activities between Dubai and Jakarta
- Fluency in English is required; Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage
- Additional languages are a plus
