About the Role
Transcorp International is seeking a motivated Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand customer base across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain sales and possess strong relationship-building and business development skills. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and promote cold chain and logistics solutions.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across target industries including pharmaceuticals, FMCG, food & beverage, retail, and manufacturing.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and strategic accounts.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and service agreements.
• Drive revenue growth while achieving assigned sales and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop customized logistics solutions that address customer needs and create long-term value.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, forecast business opportunities, and provide regular performance updates to management.
• Represent Transcorp International at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain services.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding, cold chain logistics, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
