About the Role:
The Senior Business Analyst will bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams. You will be responsible for defining the customer’s journey, ensuring that digital services are optimized for efficiency, usability, and cultural relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with diverse stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
- Map “As-Is” and “To-Be” processes for services.
- Translate business needs into technical user stories and functional specifications.
- Work closely with the CRM team to ensure functional feasibility.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Language: Native or professional fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 CRM is considered a significant advantage.
- Domain: Previous experience in government digital transformation is highly preferred.
