§ Design and develop brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
§ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.
§ Develop and Manage brand strategies and plans execution and budgets planning and consumption.
§ Steer the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail or SMS campaigns.
§ Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability
§ Manage all online / offline marketing, advertising activities and PR work
§ Plan and execute marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorship and corporate social responsibility programs.
§ Plan and execute all communications and media actions across all channels, including online and social media.
§ 8+ years of experience in Marketing brand management at the real estate industry.
§ Bachelor Degree in BA, Marketing Specialisation. MBA and marketing diploma holder is plus.
§ Fluent English
§ Hands on / excellent knowledge of MS office
§ A proven track record of successful project implementation in real estate organisations or advertising agencies managed real estate projects for at least 5 years.
§ Team management experience, hard worker, goal, and results oriented attitude.
