Step 2: If your application qualifies, you unlock our AI Audition immediately. No scheduling. No waiting. You cold-call an AI prospect scored across 8 dimensions including opener technique, objection handling, qualification skill, tone, and pace. The audition is scored on technique, not accent. If you can hold a professional conversation and handle pushback, you will do well. If you do not pass on your first attempt, you can retake it after reviewing the feedback.

Step 3: Score well and you enter our client placement pipeline. We assign you a specific client, train you on their script, and certify you on our platform. Top performers go from application to first paycheck in under two weeks.
