- Key Responsibilities:
- Full proficiency & accuracy in preparing comprehensive Shop Drawings including all required details.
- Provide technical support to construction team in site.
- High accuracy and expertise in Quantity Surveying (QS) for required construction and architectural items.
- Performing comprehensive technical compliance and Coordination checks. between different engineering disciplines (Architectural, Structural, and MEP) to resolve conflicts.
- Receiving, reviewing, and archiving Tender documents and specifications
- Ability to propose unique and innovative Architectural & Interior Design solutions, and contributing to the development of project identity.

- Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture Engineering Government universities are preferred.
- Experience: 3 – 5 years in the same position.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2d-3d), Revit, Sketch up, 3ds Max, Photoshop and Microsoft office.
- Experience of Real estate Companies is a must.
