Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior QS & Invoices Engineer to manage quantity surveying, cost control, subcontractor payments, and commercial activities related to architectural & civil works. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate quantity take-offs, valuation of works, invoice preparation, variation management, and contract compliance throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and review BOQs for architectural works.
- Monitor project costs and support budget control.
- Prepare and review contractor invoices and payment certificates.
- Manage client billing, variations, and final accounts.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, finance, and project teams.
- Prepare commercial and cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and company procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in QS and invoicing within real estate development projects.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost control, contracts, and billing processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Revit is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
