As our business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Analyst / Manager to join our Hospitality Consulting team in Dubai.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering hospitality advisory assignments across the Middle East and Africa. Working closely with senior leadership, the candidate will lead project execution, undertake market and financial analysis, manage junior team members, and contribute to business development initiatives. The position offers significant exposure to landmark hotel, resort, branded residential and mixed-use developments, working with leading investors, developers, operators and institutional clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution
- Lead and manage hospitality consulting assignments from inception to completion.
- Conduct hotel market studies, feasibility studies, highest and best use analyses and strategic advisory assignments.
- Develop demand and supply analyses, competitive positioning assessments and market forecasts.
- Prepare operating projections, cash flow models and investment analyses.
- Evaluate hotel and branded residential development opportunities.
- Support operator selection processes and management agreement negotiations.
- Deliver high-quality reports and presentations to clients.
Team Management
- Supervise and mentor analysts and junior consultants.
- Review analyses, financial models and reports to ensure quality and consistency.
- Coordinate project timelines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Client Management & Business Development
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, operators and industry stakeholders.
- Participate in proposals, pitches and business development initiatives.
- Represent AIRE at industry conferences and networking events.
- Contribute to thought leadership and market publications.
RequirementsExperience
- Senior Analyst: 3–6 years of relevant experience.
- Manager: 6–10 years of experience in hospitality consulting, hotel feasibility, valuation, investment analysis or development advisory.
- Previous experience with an international consultancy, hotel operator, developer, investment firm or real estate advisory practice is preferred.
Education
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or related field.
- MBA or postgraduate degree is advantageous.
- Professional qualifications (RICS, CFA or similar) are highly regarded.
Technical Skills
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
- Solid understanding of hotel operations and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of branded residences and mixed-use developments is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into concise and compelling presentations.
