Our client is establishing a central Enterprise AI Office to support Artificial Intelligence adoption across a diversified portfolio of businesses, including FMCG, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Construction, Real Estate, Fintech, Telecommunications, and other strategic sectors.
The Enterprise AI Office serves as an internal consulting function, partnering with business leaders to identify AI opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation across the Group.
The Role
Reporting to the Director of AI Business Transformation, the Senior AI Business Consultant will serve as the primary AI advisor to a portfolio of Group companies.
The role will work closely with subsidiary CEOs, functional leaders, and department heads to identify operational challenges, assess AI opportunities, facilitate discovery workshops, develop business cases, and define implementation roadmaps.
The Consultant will translate business requirements into practical AI initiatives while coordinating with the AI Solutions, Data & Business Intelligence, and AI Governance teams to ensure successful implementation.
The role will continuously monitor business outcomes, identify additional opportunities, and support each subsidiary throughout its AI maturity journey.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should possess strong experience in management consulting, operational excellence, digital transformation, enterprise technology consulting, or business transformation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, workshop facilitation, and business process improvement capabilities are essential.
Experience across multiple industries or diversified organisations will be considered highly advantageous.
