Part-Time Senior Accountant / Finance Manager — On-Site, Mkalles
OroSkin, a Lebanese beauty brand specializing in advanced at-home skincare devices (oroskin.co), is hiring a part-time Senior Accountant / Finance Manager to strengthen our financial operations as we scale. This is an on-site role in Mkalles, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.
We’re looking for someone who goes beyond bookkeeping — someone who can turn numbers into insights and help management make sharper decisions on inventory, margins, and growth.
What you’ll own
• Bookkeeping, reconciliations (bank, cash, payment gateways), and supplier statements
• Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet; quarterly Cash Flow Statement
• Year-end support: closing entries, Statement of Changes in Equity, notes to financials, auditor coordination
• Budgeting and forecasting (projected P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Monthly variance analysis, ratio analysis, and financial performance reviews
• Inventory and cost of goods tracking to support purchasing and margin decisions
You’re a strong fit if you have
• Proven experience in accounting or finance, ideally in e-commerce, retail, or product-based businesses
• Strong grasp of financial reporting, reconciliations, and inventory accounting
• Analytical mindset — you spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• High ownership, discretion, and attention to detail
Big pluses
• Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CAC, contribution margin)
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up and improve financial work
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Compensation is based on experience, with the door open to expanding into a full-time role.
