This position requires strong technical expertise, hands-on execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a professional services environment.

This position requires strong technical expertise, hands-on execution, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a professional services environment.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably within an accounting or consulting firm.
- Solid experience in financial reporting, general ledger, and advisory support.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and SOCPA standards.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, etc.).
Language Skills:
- Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Core Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of accountability and ownership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification such as SOCPA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Experience in accounting advisory, liquidation, or restructuring projects.
- Previous experience in a Big Four firm (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with project management tools or methodologies.
