Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Secretary – Personal Assistant, based in Beirut. The responsibilities include providing executive support, managing schedules and appointments, overseeing administrative and clerical tasks, and serving as a key communication liaison across internal and external stakeholders. The Secretary – Personal Assistant will also assist in maintaining organized records, handling occasional personal tasks for the CEO, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office.
