School Based Shadow Teacher Full Time

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated, patient, and skilled professional to provide one-to-one academic and behavioral support for a young student within a mainstream school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior support strategies based on ABA principles
• Promote positive behavior, attention, and emotional regulation during lessons
• Support social interaction and peer engagement during classroom and recreational activities
• Assist with transitions between subjects and daily school routines
• Use visual supports and other evidence-based strategies to enhance student participation
• Maintain daily progress records and communicate effectively with the educational team and parents

Requirements

✔ Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
✔ Practical knowledge of ABA principles and their application in educational or clinical settings
✔ Experience working with children aged 5–8 years with Autism, ADHD, or related developmental needs
✔ Currently residing in Jeddah with valid work authorization

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Degree or certification in Special Education, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
✔ RBT, ABAT, or IBT certification is highly advantageous
