About the Role
We are looking for a Saudization Manager to lead our nationalization strategy, Nitaqat compliance, Saudi talent pipeline development, and long-term workforce planning.
This role is not only about compliance. It is about building a strong Saudi workforce, creating real career opportunities, improving retention, and developing future Saudi leaders within the hospitality and F&B sector.
The Saudization Manager will work closely with the Chief People Officer, recruitment team, training function, operations, and government entities to ensure Bayt Al Tawabel maintains strong Saudization performance across all legal entities and locations.
