Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. The role involves managing financial reports, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance, conducting financial analysis, overseeing accounts, and implementing financial strategies. The Finance Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure effective resource allocation and sustainable business practices to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting
• Experience with financial analysis, risk management, and cost control
• Familiarity with financial compliance, auditing, and regulatory standards within Saudi Arabia
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Proven ability in managing cross-functional teams and supporting organizational growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred)
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
• Prior experience in the energy, utilities, or industrial sectors in Saudi Arabia is highly advantageous
