As an SAP Functional Lead – Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) – Senior Manager at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing organizational processes, designing systems, and driving the successful implementation of SAP EAM solutions. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future-state business solutions that align with organizational goals. As a subject matter expert, you will lead cross-functional teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is essential, with recommended expertise in Business Process Design.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP EAM solutions to meet business objectives and enhance asset management processes.

Act as a subject matter expert in SAP EAM, providing guidance and innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.

Analyze the organization’s business model and processes, ensuring seamless integration with SAP EAM technology.

Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and validate proposed solutions.

Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes, system requirements, and solution designs.

Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation in asset management.

Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding, communication, and alignment across teams.

Support the implementation of SAP EAM solutions by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to challenges that apply across various teams.

Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of [15 years] of experience in SAP EAM implementation, functional consulting, or business process design.

Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools.

Strong understanding of Business Process Design and its role in delivering business value.

Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP EAM solutions.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Experience in facilitating workshops and developing detailed process and solution documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in SAP EAM, Business Process Analysis, or related areas.

Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.

Experience with data analysis techniques and tools to identify trends and insights.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management practices.

Proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in SAP EAM implementations.
