We are seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Salon Manager to lead the daily operations of our nail salon in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining salon standards, and supporting business growth.
*Key Responsibilities*
Oversee the daily operations of the nail salon
Manage and supervise nail technicians, receptionists, and salon staff
Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
Handle customer concerns and resolve complaints professionally
Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance
Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Manage inventory and coordinate ordering of salon products and supplies
Supervise appointment bookings and front desk operations
Monitor sales performance and prepare operational reports
Promote salon services, memberships, and retail products
Train, motivate, and support staff development
Ensure compliance with Kuwait labour and health regulations
*Requirements*
Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry
Strong knowledge of nail salon operations and beauty services
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational and multitasking skills
Experience using salon management software and POS systems
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or related field
Experience in sales and business development
