Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional Sales Trainer with solid experience in perfume companies or the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales teams’ capabilities, improving sales performance, and enhancing customer service standards through effective training programs aligned with the company’s goals and customer experience standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver sales training programs for sales teams.
• Train employees on professional selling techniques, persuasion skills, and closing sales.
• Enhance customer service skills and improve the in-store customer experience.
• Provide product knowledge training, especially related to perfumes, fragrance categories, and target customers.
• Monitor employees’ performance after training and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement.
• Support the achievement of sales targets and increase average sales performance.
• Train and onboard new employees according to company standards and policies.
• Conduct workshops and motivational sessions to improve team engagement and productivity.
• Collaborate with management to implement continuous development plans for sales teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales training within perfume companies or the retail sector.
• Strong knowledge of modern sales techniques and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and identify training needs.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Training or professional certifications in sales or learning & development are preferred.
