About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Team Manager to build and lead our sales organization across the GCC region. You’ll own team management, budget oversight, hiring, and performance tracking while reporting weekly to senior leadership. As a hands-on leader, you’ll also actively contribute to sales targets alongside your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, hire, and develop sales team members across the GCC region
• Manage team budget and resource allocation
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics
• Actively contribute to sales targets alongside the team
• Drive B2B sales with expertise in identifying and engaging business clients
• Report weekly to upper management on progress and results
• Drive team performance and accountability
Required Qualifications:
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• Proven experience managing sales teams
• Background in SaaS companies during growth or scale phases
• Track record of measurable results and achievements
• Strong B2B sales expertise
Compensation:
Fixed base + performance-based incentives aligned with results.
