KYC documentation
Collect, verify, and manage Know Your Customer (KYC) forms and related compliance documents.
Liaise with clients to ensure all KYC requirements are met in accordance with UAE regulations.
Coordinate with compliance/legal teams to resolve documentation issues.
Quotation management
Prepare, review, and issue accurate sales quotations in coordination with the sales team.
Track quotation status and follow up with clients to ensure timely responses.
Maintain a quotation database and generate periodic reports.
Customer service
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on orders, quotations, and documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
