Key Responsibilities:
1-Manage and drive total area sales to achieve overall and new product targets.
2-Develop effective solutions and ideas to overcome challenges and improve performance.
3-Monitor and control pricing, ensure proper product distribution across all clients and regions, and maintain 4-price consistency in the market.
5-Manage dealer stock levels and ensure optimal inventory control.
6-Conduct financial reconciliations between the company and dealers.
7-Train clients on tax procedures and related knowledge while maintaining strong, cooperative relationships.
8-Implement company policies and guidelines, organize promotional activities, and strengthen producd presence in the market.
9-Ensure high standards of product display and enhance product knowledge among retail staff.
10-Manage promoters and sales representatives, follow up on daily tasks, and organize training sessions.
11-Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
12-Support customer communication to resolve after-sales issues.
13-Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.

✅Bachelor’s degree is a must.
✅Proven experience in retail sales or B2C sales.
✅Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
✅Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
✅Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new concepts and knowledge.
✅Strong sales and communication skills.
✅Must be a resident of the same assigned area
