Sales Supervisor – FS & WS (Qassim, Saudi Arabia)

We’re hiring a Sales Supervisor to lead and grow our client’s Food Service (FS) and Wholesale (WS) business in Qassim. This is a hands-on field leadership role managing a team of 7+ Sales Executives, driving availability, execution, collections, and customer service across independent clients and key accounts.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of 7+ Sales Executives across FS & WS
- Drive product availability, visibility, and execution in-market (coverage, routing, call plans)
- Grow sales through new customer acquisition, upsell, and account development
- Own day-to-day customer relationships: issue resolution, service levels, and retention
- Coordinate closely with Finance on collections, outstanding and overdue payments
- Work with Logistics/Transportation to ensure smooth delivery execution and customer satisfaction
- Partner with Trade Marketing / Merchandising to implement in-store and on-site activities
- Deliver weekly/monthly reporting and keep the team accountable to targets
- Run special sales activities to reduce stock and improve sell-through
- Ensure compliance with HSE and Food Safety requirements in daily operations
What we’re looking for
- Proven FMCG sales experience (FS and/or WS exposure strongly preferred)
- Prior experience leading a field sales team (or ready to step up into first-line leadership)
- Strong communication, customer handling, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to perform under pressure
- Comfortable with reporting and basic Microsoft Office
- Arabic required; English at least basic (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
