Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist or Consultant for a full-time position located on-site in Amman, Jordan. The role involves identifying client needs, providing tailored sales consulting and solutions, nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, deliver value-based consultations, and collaborate with internal teams to promote business growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Land new clients for interior project and create connections with potential clients

• Develop and manage new client relationships

• Represent Elmassri Group at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

• Collaborate closely with our design and project management teams

• Identify opportunities in the architecture, interior design, and real estate sectors

• Contribute to the company’s regional growth and brand presence

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within architecture, interior design, or related industries

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Existing network within the design/construction community is a plus

• Arabic & English fluency

• Ambitious, professional, and passionate about design
