What You’ll Do

Handle inbound & outbound leads (US market)

  • Qualify prospects and close deals efficiently
  • Maintain high conversion rates and follow-up discipline
  • Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality
  • Hit and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets
  • Update CRM accurately (no lazy logging)

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales /call center/lead generation

Strong communication skills (English required)

  • Ability to work night shifts (US hours)
  • Objection handling & closing mindset
  • Ability to work under pressure & targets
  • Fast learner + competitive personality
  • Experience in US market = BIG PLUS
