Your Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the construction market
- Understand customer needs and match them with the right products and solutions
- Promote BOK’s product range through site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Execute the sales plan and consistently achieve assigned targets
- Build lasting relationships with contractors, consultants, and project buyers
- Monitor competitor activity and report market intelligence
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years of B2B field sales experience, ideally in construction, building materials, PPE, or related fields
- Proficient in English; Arabic and/or Hindi are a strong advantage
- Strong commercial awareness and proven ability to close deals
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in the field
- Kuwaiti driving license and transferable residency (iqama) are a must
