We’re Hiring: Sales Representative – (AC Spare parts)
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell AC & maintenance spare parts
- Demonstrate products in person and explain features, benefits, and usage
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Gather and report feedback on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Plan daily customer visits efficiently to maximize sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Support counter sales operations when required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Experience in HVAC / AC spare parts or maintenance-related products
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
