Job Description

  • Excellent selling skills with clients and persuasion skills.
  • Conduct tele-sales calls and promote courses to potential clients.
  • Welcome the new students and fully answer their questions.
  • Run the assigned classes and help the students.
  • Informing students of the course start dates and weekly updates.
  • Answer student questions regarding events, course prices, and content.
  • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Report the tasks and feedback to his direct manager daily.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a front desk representative (especially sales).
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer, etc.).
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
