We are looking for a Sales Project Lead to drive enterprise conversations, introduce a new way of thinking in hiring, and support early-stage growth.
This is a project-based contract role, not a full-time employment position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise / B2B sales conversations with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders
- Position CV360 within hiring workflows as a pre-interview intelligence layer
- Drive pilot opportunities and early client adoption
- Build and test sales approaches for a new product and positioning
- Provide structured market feedback to refine messaging and use cases
Requirements
Must Have:
- Proven experience in Enterprise / B2B Sales (global experience is a plus)
Good to Have:
- Experience selling recruitment, HR tech, or assessment solutions
Very Good to Have:
- Experience selling new or early-stage products
Ideal / Perfect to Have:
- Experience selling or introducing a new category (educational / consultative selling approach)
