– Act as a liaison between NTG and third party partners.
– Lead and arrange all requirements needed from partners with internal stakeholders e.g: Sales, Operations, Finance and Technology.
– Create a CPS and work flow for assigned projects.
– Coordinate and follow up on the execution of the projects.
– Track project progress with stakeholders especially Sales Force and report back to Commercial Director incase of hurdles or escalation points.
– Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations.
– Assist in preparing contracts, and client communications.
– Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– 2–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Project Coordination, or a similar role within fintech or financial services.
– Strong understanding of sales processes and project coordination.
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities.
– High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
