At Trivers, we’re building Saudi Arabia’s first smart referral-based recruitment platform, powered by AI, expert referrals, and our own RTS — Referral Tracking System.

We’re looking for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn real B2B sales, outreach, partnerships, and how recruitment tech works from the inside.

You don’t need years of experience. But you do need to be:

• Confident in communication.
• Good at writing and following up.
• Curious and willing to learn.
• Organized with details.
• Comfortable reaching out to people.
• Not afraid of rejection.

What you’ll do:

• Support B2B outreach to companies.
• Research potential clients and decision-makers.
• Send messages and follow up with leads.
• Help build partnerships with HR leaders, founders, recruiters, and communities.
• Support in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and partnership briefs.
• Track leads, meeting notes, and next steps.
