الوصف الوظيفي:
نبحث عن مدير عمليات المبيعات للإشراف على العمليات اليومية لإدارة المبيعات وضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة البيعية بكفاءة وسلاسة.
يرتبط هذا المنصب مباشرةً بمدير المبيعات، ويلعب دورًا محوريًا في تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية، وتعزيز أداء المبيعات، وضمان تحقيق الأهداف التجارية للشركة.
لا يُشترط وجود خبرة سابقة في القطاع العقاري، إلا أن الخبرة القوية والمثبتة في مجال عمليات المبيعات تُعد متطلبًا أساسيًا.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لإدارة المبيعات.
- متابعة أداء فريق المبيعات وتحليل النتائج بشكل دوري.
- تطوير وتحسين الإجراءات التشغيلية لرفع مستوى الكفاءة.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية المختلفة لدعم عمليات المبيعات.
- ضمان تحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
- المساهمة في إعداد الخطط التشغيلية واستراتيجيات المبيعات.
- إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بالأداء التشغيلي وأداء المبيعات.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات أو عمليات المبيعات.
- درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- مهارات قوية في القيادة وإدارة الفرق.
- قدرات متميزة في التحليل واتخاذ القرارات.
- مهارات عالية في التنظيم وإدارة العمليات.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة المبيعات وأدوات إعداد التقارير.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department and ensure smooth and efficient execution of all sales activities.
The role reports directly to the Sales Director and plays a key part in improving operational efficiency, enhancing sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
Prior experience in real estate is not required; however, strong and proven experience in sales operations is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the sales department
- Monitor sales team performance and analyze results on a regular basis
- Develop and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate with internal departments to support sales operations
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Contribute to operational planning and sales strategies
- Prepare regular reports on operational and sales performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or sales operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Strong organizational and operational management skills
- Proficiency in sales systems and reporting tools
