This is the senior commercial seat. You will set the sales and marketing strategy, own the commercial P&L and budget, and lead the team that delivers it. The remit runs across the full commercial agenda: sales across all channels, brand and trade marketing, pricing, key accounts and distribution, and new product launches from idea through to market.
