We’re looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the UAE. This crucial role requires a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, excellent client relationship management, and the ability to build and empower high-performing sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the UAE.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the cybersecurity sector.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for senior management.
- Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships across all sectors in the UAE.
- Leverage your extensive customer network to build a strong sales pipeline and establish market dominance.
- Understand complex client needs and articulate the value proposition of our security products and services effectively.
- Lead contract negotiations and work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales management within the cybersecurity industry.
- Native Arabic Speaking is a must.
- Proven track record of experience and driving significant revenue growth in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of various cybersecurity solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, specifically within the cyber security or information securityindustry.
- A demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- An established and robust customer network across the UAE market.
- Native or Bilingual proficiency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, market trends, and key competitors.
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A results-oriented, self-motivated, and strategic thinker.
