Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to customers, including contractors, rental companies, and industrial clients.
• Create, manage, and regularly update customer and project data within the CRM/database system.
• Develop strong customer relationships and maintain reliable communication channels.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities for Mobile cranes, and follow up on sales leads and orders.
• Collect project, market, and competitor information to support sales promotion and competitive analysis.
• Work with the team to formulate and implement sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
• Participate in major project and commercial negotiations to support regional business growth.
• Assist with financing discussions and support payment collection when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant industry experience may substitute for formal education.
• 3+ years of sales experience in engineering machinery, lifting equipment, or heavy machinery; Mobile crane experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of Mobile crane applications, technical specifications, and customer operating needs.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
