Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Giza, with an option to work partially from home. The Sales Manager (Data Center) , CRAC Units, will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive market growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying opportunities in the Data Center solutions market. Daily responsibilities include meeting clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will monitor industry trends, provide competitive insight, and contribute to reaching revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and client relationship management
• Experience in the HVAC, CRAC < firefighting systems, or electromechanical contracting industries
• Understanding of Data Center infrastructure solutions and related technologies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to identify market opportunities and implement effective strategies to achieve sales goals
• Proven track record in achieving or surpassing sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and problem-solving approach
