Business Development & Sales

Account Management

Understand client business needs and propose tailored solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Identify emerging business opportunities and customer requirements.
Provide market feedback to support product and service improvements.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
Track pipeline activities and sales progress through CRM systems.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience managing enterprise, corporate, or key accounts.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
