Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Junior Key Account role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Junior Key Account team member will assist in managing and growing relationships with key distributors, retailers, and importers, ensuring excellent service and support. Responsibilities include following up on orders, tracking sales performance, coordinating with internal departments (production, logistics, finance) to meet customer requirements, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. The role also involves preparing basic sales reports, supporting the creation of sales presentations and proposals, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and participating in customer visits, meetings, and occasional trade events as needed. The team member will work closely with senior sales and key account managers to implement sales plans and achieve revenue and volume targets. Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build, maintain, and support long-term client relationships.
Sales and Sales Management exposure, with the ability to support key account plans, meet targets, and follow structured sales processes.
Training willingness and capability to learn product lines, systems, and sales techniques, and to support basic internal or customer training when needed.
Good numerical, analytical, and reporting skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and other office tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in sales or account support.
Previous experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or distribution is preferred but not mandatory for strong entry-level candidates.
Ability to work on-site in Cairo, handle field visits, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional level of Arabic; working proficiency in English is an advantage for dealing with regional or international partners.
