Role Description
The Sales Invoices Specialist will handle the complete billing and invoicing process, ensuring all client transactions are accurate and timely. Responsibilities include preparing and processing sales invoices, maintaining client billing records, coordinating with clients for invoicing discrepancies, and assisting accounting teams in reconciling payments. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shuwaikh.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Billing Process, Invoicing, and Client Billing
- Solid Accounting knowledge and experience in maintaining accurate financial records
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with invoicing software and tools is an added advantage
- Prior experience in a similar role within the construction or trading industry is a plus
