RStays is looking for motivated Arabic and English speakers to join our growing team as Part-Time Remote Sales & Host Acquisition Representatives.

RStays is a video-first accommodation discovery and booking platform designed to help hotels, vacation rentals, holiday homes, and unique stays gain more visibility through short, immersive videos and direct booking opportunities.

Role Overview

Your main responsibility will be to research, contact, and onboard hosts, property owners, hotels, vacation rentals, and hospitality partners to list their properties on the RStays platform.

This is a part-time, remote, commission-based opportunity, meaning you can work flexibly from anywhere. The more successful hosts you bring to list on RStays, the more you earn.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential hosts, property owners, hotels, holiday homes, and vacation rental businesses.
• Contact potential partners professionally through calls, messages, email, and social media.
• Explain the value of RStays and how listing on the platform can increase visibility and booking opportunities.
• Support hosts through the onboarding and listing process.
• Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, and confirmed listings.
• Build strong relationships with hosts and hospitality partners.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, and Google tools.
• Good online research skills.
• Strong sales and communication skills.
• Confident, professional, and target-driven.
• Ability to follow up consistently and communicate clearly.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, tourism, or sales is a plus, but not required.

This role is commission-based.
