About the Job:

The Sales Executive is responsible for following up on, completing, and closing sales deals, presenting Sardar Machinery products to potential customers, Conducting Customer visits (outdoor), and achieving target sales. Research and gather information on potential leads, identifying new business prospects and selling products, maintaining relationships with current clients, and building and maintaining relationships with new clients.

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Data Collection: Gather data about potential customers, including their needs, preferences, and purchasing plans.
• Planning: Develop a strategic plan to reach out to these potential customers effectively.
• Daily Visits: Visit customers on a daily basis to build relationships and understand their requirements.
• Inquiry Handling: Obtain and document customer inquiries to provide timely and accurate responses.
• Reach out to prospects and make presentations on product benefits.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Work on the sales process to sell products in the most effective way.
• Negotiate the terms of the deal and close sales.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products.
• Submit weekly and monthly sales reports showcasing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client expansion.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Share best practices, knowledge, and insights with the team.

Required Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, business administration, Sales & Marketing, Auto Engineering, or a related major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or administrative support.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
