Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven expertise in HR and Payroll solutions to drive business development in the Kuwait market. The ideal candidate is an Arabic speaker based in Lebanon, Egypt, Syria, or Jordan — or, preferably, already residing in Kuwait — who can operate fully remotely while actively prospecting, nurturing leads, and closing deals with Kuwaiti clients. The role demands a strong understanding of HR software, payroll systems, and the Kuwait labor regulatory environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Business Development
• Identify, research, and qualify new business leads within the Kuwait market across industries such as FMCG, retail, banking, construction, and services.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and partner networks.
• Present and promote HR & Payroll software/services tailored to the needs of Kuwaiti organizations.
• Conduct remote product demonstrations, discovery calls, and proposal presentations to decision-makers (HR Directors, CFOs, CEOs).
Client Relationship Management
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients in Kuwait.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire sales cycle — from first contact to contract signing.
• Provide consultative selling by understanding client pain points and aligning product/service value propositions accordingly.
• Coordinate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
HR & Payroll Subject Matter Expertise
• Leverage deep knowledge of HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee records, performance management) to advise clients effectively.
• Apply understanding of payroll processing, compensation & benefits, and Kuwait labor law compliance to support client consultations.
• Stay current on HR technology trends, Kuwait labor regulations, and competitive landscape to differentiate offerings.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, lead stages, and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports covering pipeline status, KPIs (calls, demos, conversions), and revenue forecasts.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration & Market Intelligence
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop localized campaigns and lead generation strategies targeting Kuwait.
• Provide market feedback and competitive insights from the Kuwait landscape to inform product and go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate with HR consultants and product specialists to address complex client requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
• Demonstrated experience selling HR software, payroll solutions, HRMS/HCM platforms, or HR consulting services.
• Hands-on knowledge of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll processing, and employee relations.
• Prior experience working with or targeting the Kuwait market is highly preferred.
Technical & Domain Knowledge
• Strong understanding of HRMS/payroll systems (e.g., SAP HR, Oracle HCM, Bayzat, Mena360, or similar platforms).
• Familiarity with Kuwait labor law, visa processes, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or equivalent).
• Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
Skills & Competencies
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities simultaneously.
• Culturally aware with a strong understanding of the Gulf (GCC) business culture and Kuwaiti market dynamics.
