Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Accounts Manager / Business Development Executives to join our team. This role involves managing client relationships, driving business development, and ensuring successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a client-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in sales and account management within IT, healthcare, or insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare and insurance clients.
Understand client needs and align them with our innovative solutions.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business.
Manage contract renewals and contribute to revenue growth.
Project Coordination:
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver client projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Financial Oversight:
Manage invoicing, payment tracking, and accounts receivable to ensure accurate records and timely payments.
Strategic Planning:
Develop account strategies and performance reports to foster long-term client partnerships.
Client Support:
Address client concerns, provide guidance, and ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
Strong client-centric approach with excellent communication skills in Business English, and native Arabic. and problem-solving abilities.
Financial and sales acumen with proven success in sales or business development.
Familiarity with CRM software or project management tools is a plus.
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and lead follow-up.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with focus and consistency.
Strong listening skills to understand client needs and respond effectively.
Attention to detail in logging CRM data and tracking client information.
Quick adaptability to scripts, product knowledge, or client scenarios.
Experience Requirements:
3–5 years of client/account management experience in IT, healthcare, or insurance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
