Roles & Responsibilities
Identify potential customers for ERP and other enterprise software solutions, generate leads and develop business & new client base through effective sales strategies.
Initiate meeting with prospects for opportunities
Lead & Opportunity management
Product presentation and demo in coordination with pre-sales team
Build and develop strong relationships with key decision makers of prospective clients.
Keep Management informed of the status by submitting sales activity, pipeline projects and results reports periodically.
Ensure sales targets are achieved. Monitor competition and market position and evaluate customer needs.
Prepare presentations, Proposals, financial projections, and competitive analysis for the business.
Develops sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across territory assigned
Actively pursue growth opportunities, by securing new customers, and maintaining and developing existing accounts.
Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner
Negotiate with the accounts as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
Ensure accurate compilation and reporting of operational and financial information about the customers
Deliver agreed revenue & sales targets and share objectives on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Follow up with clients for the outstanding payments and bills, by closely working with Finance Team.
Prepare sales plans and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Total Work Experience: 0-10 Years
Minimum 1 year of ERP or Software sales experience
SAP B1, S/4 HANA ERP Sales experience (Preferred)
Experience selling to CXO level
Proven track record of Monthly and Annual target achievement
Knowledge and experience about GCC Market.
