Brief description:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Outdoor Sales Engineer to promote and sell industrial automation solutions across Abu Dhabi. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering technically sound automation solutions to industrial customers. Responsibilities: • Identify, develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in the industrial sector. • Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to industrial clients, contractors and project sites to generate business opportunities. • Understand customer technical requirements related to industrial automation products such as PLCs, sensors, drives, control components and related systems. • Provide appropriate technical solutions, product recommendations and application support. • Prepare accurate quotations, technical proposals and commercial offers in line with customer requirements. • Follow up on inquiries, RFQs, and leads to converting opportunities into confirmed sales. • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for technical clarifications, pricing, product availability and lead times. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to support strategic sales planning. • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs. • Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business. Preferred Background: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Industrial Automation. • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial automation, control systems, or related industries. • Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation products and applications. • Valid UAE driving license is a plus. • Proven track record of meeting
