Job Brief

We are looking for a driven and confident Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the UAE.

In this role, you will handle industrial sales for HVAC and MEP products such as pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, and related systems. You will work with clients from industries like construction, manufacturing, and industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Find new business opportunities in industrial and construction sectors
• Meet clients and understand their project requirements
• Recommend suitable HVAC and MEP products and solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure manuals, warranty letters, and related documents are shared on time
• Share project specifications with the Service Team before T&C activities
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth
• Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–4 years of GCC experience as a Sales Engineer
• Experience in industrial sales for HVAC / MEP products
• Good knowledge of pumps, chillers, heat exchangers, or similar products
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
