Job Title: Sales Engineer – HVAC / MEP (On Site Dubai)

Job Brief
We are looking for a smart and driven Sales Engineer to join our client’s team.
You will help us grow our business in the HVAC and MEP market. We are suppliers of commercial solar water heaters, heat pumps, boilers, etc.
In this role, you will meet clients, build strong relationships, and win new projects.
If you enjoy meeting people and closing deals, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Understand the HVAC and MEP market, including trends and competitors
- Find new leads and bring in new business
- Build strong relationships with MEP consultants and contractors
- Meet clients and present our products and solutions
- Work closely with contractors during the project award stage
- Negotiate the best price and payment terms
- Keep track of sales targets and achieve them
Qualifications
- 6 to 7 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in HVAC / MEP (GCC experience required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good knowledge of the HVAC and MEP industry
- Driving license is a must
