Job Summary:
The Sales Engineer is responsible for promoting and selling the factory’s aluminum products and solutions, developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and coordinating with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
· Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Coordinate with estimation and engineering departments for accurate costing.
· Provide technical advice and product recommendations to clients.
· Follow up on submitted quotations and negotiate contract terms.
· Coordinate with production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
· Monitor project progress and maintain communication with clients.
· Resolve technical and commercial issues during project execution.
· Assist in variation orders and additional work proposals.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
· Identify opportunities for new products and market expansion.
· Maintain an updated database of customers and projects.
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
